Holland, Michigan trip photos
Some photos from our trip to Holland, Michigan. We went to Windmill Island where we saw a beautiful windmill and saw a history of Dutch history. It was very interesting to me since I'm half-Dutch. Made me wonder what my Mum would have thought of it. They have gorgeous gardens there and it was very educational for the kids. It reminded me of our time in Amsterdam last winter. We saw a HUGE tulip garden. Gorgeous. I don't know how they kept them going this late in the year, my tulips only last til spring. It felt rude to ask but I was dying to know. Finally, we went to The Lost City. It's a family amusement park where we played miniature bowling, golf, laser tag and ate fattening foods. It was a great holiday and a wonderful way to spend my birthday. I hope we can go back, it was lots of fun.
